Looking Ahead

Each module is comprised of the upper WORK CELL and the lower SOLUTION RESERVOIR. The WORK CELL contains both the PROCESS WEIR CELL and the conveyorized RINSING CELL. The SOLUTION RESERVOIR holds the PROCESS BATH TANK and the DRAG-OUT RINSE TANK.

Liquid level sensors are located in the WEIR CELL and in both TANKS. Temperature sensors are also located in both TANKS. Variable drive motors control CYLINDER rotation and CONVEYOR speed. All modules are computer-linked to permit operation as a fully automatic, self contained plating line.
